• Open Banking (AISP): Read-only synchronization with third-party European bank accounts under PSD2 regulations.
• Multi-Currency Engine: Real-time conversion tracking based on third-party exchange rate APIs.
• Magic AI Scan: AI-powered receipt reading and categorization.

3. User Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your device. You must notify us immediately of any security breach.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• 14-Day Free Trial: Premium tiers may include a 14-day risk-free trial. If you do not cancel before the 14th day, you will be billed for the chosen subscription cycle.
• Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payments are processed via the respective App Store (Apple/Google) or our designated payment processor.
• Refunds: Except where required by EU consumer law, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

5. Open Banking and Third-Party Services

We use licensed Account Information Service Providers (AISPs) to connect to your bank. We are not a bank, financial advisor, or payment processor. We do not initiate transactions. The accuracy of bank-synced data depends entirely on the uptime and accuracy of your financial institution's API.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
